By creating an account or using any part of the One Dollar Kicks platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to participate. Void where prohibited. Employees of One Dollar Kicks and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Credits are a digital currency used to enter drops. They have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not constitute a purchase of any product.
Each credit entry equals one entry ticket in a draw. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries after a drop closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. One Dollar Kicks reserves the right to cancel a drop and refund entries at its discretion.
Prizes are shipped to the verified address on your account. Winners must respond to prize notifications within 14 days or the prize may be forfeited. One Dollar Kicks is not responsible for prizes lost due to incorrect address information.
You may not: create multiple accounts, use bots or automation to enter drops, resell or transfer credits, attempt to manipulate draws, or use the platform for any fraudulent purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of credits.
One Dollar Kicks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
