Official Rules — One Dollar Kicks
One Dollar Kicks, PO Box 1000, New York, NY 10001 ("Sponsor").
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Each drop has its own opening and closing date and time as displayed on the drop page. All entries must be received before the closing date.
Online Entry: Purchase credits and use them to enter any active drop. Each credit entry equals one entry ticket. Limit: per-user maximum as listed on each drop page. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): See the No Purchase Necessary page for full instructions. Limit: one (1) entry per person per envelope per promotion period.
Winners are selected by random drawing from all valid entries after the drop closes. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each winner receives the sneaker prize described on the applicable drop page. Approximate retail value varies by drop. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 14 calendar days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
All disputes shall be resolved individually under the laws of the State of New York. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.
