All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a digital good and are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of: (1) a verifiable technical error that resulted in a duplicate charge, or (2) a legal requirement in your jurisdiction. To request a review, contact support@onedollarkicks.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Credits that have not been used to enter drops remain on your account indefinitely. They do not expire and do not need to be refunded.
Credits spent entering a drop are non-refundable once the entry is confirmed. If a drop is cancelled by One Dollar Kicks before it closes, all entry credits for that drop will be returned to participants automatically.
If a winning prize cannot be fulfilled due to a stock issue or error on our end, we will offer the winner a replacement of equal or greater value, or a full credit refund equivalent to the retail value of the prize.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We are happy to resolve any billing concerns directly — please email support@onedollarkicks.com first.
