Shipping Policy

Processing Time

After a winner is verified, their prize is processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All domestic shipments use insured tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Standard estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the ship date. Expedited options may be available upon request.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. One Dollar Kicks is currently open to US residents only. International expansion is planned for a future date.

Signature Requirements

High-value shipments (retail value over $200) require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@onedollarkicks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Address Changes

Your shipping address is taken from your account profile at the time the drop closes. To update your address, edit it in your Account Settings before the drop you have entered closes. We cannot redirect packages after they have been shipped.
